Policy Details

1. Voltshop Electric Tic. Ltd. Sti. will accept returns of items in original packaging if a wrong item is shipped because of a Voltshop Electric error. We will provide an exchange or refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and examine items upon delivery and immediately inform us.

2. If the buyer does not inform us within 3 business days of delivery, items shall be deemed accepted. A waiver of any rights to return shall be considered an unqualified acceptance after this period.

3. Buyers may change, amend, or cancel an order without bearing charges at their convenience via email ([email protected]) or phone (+90 552 792 0450), if possible. We will confirm if the requested action is possible.

4. If a buyer wishes to replace goods, acceptance rests with supplier discretion. If accepted, additional charges for "re-stocking risk" and all transportation costs will be solely borne by the buyer.

5. Voltshop Electric Tic. Ltd. Sti. reserves the right to terminate or cancel any order without buyer consent if deemed appropriate.
