  1. ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

    Seller Company Title: Voltshop Electric Ltd. Sti.

    Buyer: The customer whose information is provided above or through the order form.

  2. ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE

    This Contract consists of determination of the rights and liabilities of the parties related to the sales and delivery of the goods/services ordered online over www.voltshop.net.

  3. ARTICLE 3 - PRICE AND QUALITIES

    The type, brand, model, and sales price including taxes of the product(s) are indicated in the order form. Shipments shall start within 3 days following the order.

  4. ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY METHOD

    Goods/services shall be delivered to the person(s) present at the address the Buyer indicates in the order form and this contract.

  5. ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY COSTS

    The delivery costs of the Goods/Services shall belong to the Buyer unless the Seller has declared otherwise on the website.

  6. ARTICLE 6 - BUYER COMMITMENTS

    The Buyer declares that he/she read the briefing containing basic qualities, price, and payment method on the website before giving confirmation.

  7. ARTICLE 7 - SELLER COMMITMENTS

    The Seller is responsible to deliver the Goods/Services conforming to the Consumer Legislation, in good condition and in full.

  8. ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 7 days after delivery without any justification. The return cargo fee belongs to the Seller.

    • The product should be returned in original packaging and without damage.
    • Original invoice must be returned with the product.

  9. ARTICLE 9 - NON-WITHDRAWAL CASES

    • Services started with approval before the withdrawal term ends.
    • Goods prepared in line with personal needs or requests.
    • Audio/visual recordings or software opened by the consumer.

  10. ARTICLE 10 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

    Complaints can be made to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Board or Consumer Court at the Buyer's place of residence.

  11. ARTICLE 11 - DEFAULT CONDITION

    If the Buyer lapses into default in credit card transactions, the card owner shall pay interest to the bank and be responsible under the card contract.

  12. ARTICLE 12 - VALIDITY

    This Contract consisting of 13 Articles is approved by the Buyer online and enters into force immediately.
