2. Order: A formal request placed via website, email, or telephone.
3. Goods: Any item or component set out in an official order.

Order Protocols

1. No minimum quantity limitation for orders.
2. Orders are processed within 1–3 Business Days.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
4. Customer is responsible for providing accurate order information.

Payment & Security

1. Secure payments via 256-bit SSL Protocol.
2. Acceptance of multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, etc.).
3. Shipment commences only after full payment verification.

Delivery Standards

1. Default shipping via EMS Express.
2. Orders processed within 1–3 business days.
3. Customs and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Return & Replacement

1. Returns accepted for wrong items shipped due to our error.
2. Issues must be reported within 3 business days.
3. Voltshop reserves the right to cancel orders if deemed appropriate.
